"Evan [Manager] is very kind and responds promptly. The staff for maintenance is very helpful, they do their job professionally and they respond quickly. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe. The location is great, 5 minutes walk to Lake Ave, Trader Joe's, Macy's, 10 minutes walk to Colorado Blvd, Target and 15 minutes to Caltech ! The best is the swimming pool and the jaccuzzi !"
