"I've been living at Franklin House for nearly two years now and I love living here. Evan [Manager] and Andy [Maintenance] are always very friendly and quick to respond to any concerns or requests made. The community itself is very quiet and residents are always very friendly. The addition of the Fitness Room, the new exterior painting, and updated common area landscaping really gives the building a new/updated feel to it and are highly appreciated!
